Return Policy

Exchanging in-store purchases

We want your little one to love their CoutureKidz clothing as much as we do, however we understand that life happens and you may need to exchange your items for another size.

For an exchange of size please return your items to the store within 7 days of purchasing with receipt of order by the customers. Exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be in their original purchase conditions. All packaging must be unmarked or not defaced in any manner.
  2. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  3. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  4. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in price.

Exchanging online purchases

To exchange your online purchase for another size please contact our team at sales@couturekidz.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your contact details, ORDER ID and the new size you are after. Alternatively you can reach us at + 61 444 531 663. We will inform you of the next processes and how to return your items.

Customers will need to cover the cost of shipping when sending their item back for exchange.

Faulty Items

Here at CoutureKidz we double check all of our products before they are available to the public. However, If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations to provide you a refund, or repair the item, or provide a replacement. You must present an invoice or proof of purchase for faulty items. Please email us at sales@couturekidz.com.au with images of your item and your reason for returning.
