Unfortunately we don’t offer returns or exchanges on sale items as sizes are very limited during a sale period. However, if you do need a different size please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can always check if the correct size is available.
Being mothers ourselves we understand that finding the right size for your growing bub can be difficult. We do allow for exchange of sizes as long as it is within 7 days of purchase and with your original receipt. The exchange period starts from the date your item is delivered by Australia Post.
If you would prefer to pop into our store to exchange your item please bring along your item and your online receipt and we can happily arrange for your in-store exchange.
Postage will need to be covered by the customer if the item is being sent back for an exchange of size. If the item is being returned due to incorrect order we will include a prepaid satchel with the item replacement.
As we are a small business who makes one-of-a-kind clothing by hand we don’t offer a full refund on change of mind purchases at this time. We recommend double checking the sizing before purchasing or trying on a garment if you’re in-store.
Shipping & Delivery
Our team inspects every product before it is available for purchase and before it’s dispatched. However, if you have received a faulty item please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a picture of your item and a description of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty after inspection we will refund the item.
We double check every item that is shipped to our customers however in the case that the wrong item has been received we will arrange to send the correct item or if the item is no longer available we will offer a full refund.
We understand what it’s like to be so excited for your online purchase to arrive but not knowing where its exact location is. Not to worry because we ship our items using Australia Post and you can track your item by using the tracking number that is emailed to you.
Simply enter your tracking number onto the Australia Post website which can be located in your confirmation email that was received upon order placement.
Orders are dispatched the next business day however we understand that mistakes can happen and if you need to change your address please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Unfortunately whilst your parcel is in transit your address can’t be changed. If you need to change your address straight after placing your order please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately you cannot return an Afterpay purchased item. We recommend double checking your order before purchasing to make sure it’s perfect for our little one.
Sometimes it’s easier to pick up the phone and speak to a member of our team to place your order. We welcome any purchases made over the phone. Please check our opening hours and simply call 0444 531 663 to place your order.
We often have many promotions happening throughout the month and a range of vouchers and gifts available for our loyal customers. However only one coupon code can be redeemed at a time. Our website will calculate the first eligible code entered at the checkout page.
Yes! You can definitely still redeem your coupon codes with our free shipping offer. However, your order will need to be over $100 after the coupon has been applied in order to receive free shipping.
We certainly do! Gift wrapping is available for an extra $1 on all purchases in-store.
Absolutely! We have change rooms available in-store for your little one to try on our range of handmade goods.
